1. Authenticity Guarantee

ParentingHub Pakistan guarantees that 100% of products sold on our platform (including Philips Avent, Tommee Tippee, Babyono, Kidilo, and certified accessories) are genuine, factory-sealed, and sourced through official distribution channels. We strictly enforce zero tolerance against counterfeits.

2. Ordering & Pricing in PKR

All prices listed on ParentingHub are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable product duties. An order confirmation is sent to your registered phone or email upon submission. We reserve the right to verify high-value orders prior to courier dispatch.

3. Delivery & Shipping Policy

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan using premier courier networks:

• Karachi: 1–2 business days.
• Lahore, Islamabad & Rawalpindi: 2–3 business days.
• Other Cities & Regions: 3–5 working days.
• Free Shipping: Automatically unlocked on orders of Rs 2,000 and above. Orders below Rs 2,000 carry a standard Rs 200 delivery fee.

4. 7-Day Returns & Infant Hygiene Rules

To safeguard infant health, strict hygiene regulations apply:

• Items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery provided they remain completely unopened in original packaging with intact security seals.
• Opened feeding teats, pacifiers, breast pumps, and baby feeding bottles cannot be returned once hygiene seals have been compromised.
• In the rare event of transit damage or manufacturing defect, notify us with photos within 48 hours for immediate priority replacement.
