Hygiene Standards for Infant Essentials

Because your baby's health and safety is paramount, strict hygiene regulations apply to baby feeding and mother care products:

• Eligible for Return: Items that are completely unopened, unused, with all original factory seals, barcode stickers, and box packaging intact.
• Transit Damage or Defect: If any bottle, sterilizer, or feeder arrives damaged or defective, please take clear photos upon unboxing and notify us within 48 hours for immediate replacement.
• Non-Returnable Once Opened: Under infant safety guidelines, silicone teats, pacifiers, opened feeding bottles, and breast pumps cannot be returned once their hygiene seals have been broken or handled.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

1. Step 1: Contact Support
   WhatsApp our care team at 0329 3007360 with your Order Number (e.g. #PH-12345) and a brief reason.
2. Step 2: Verification
   Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the return dispatch address in Karachi.
3. Step 3: Courier Return
   Pack the item safely and send it via any courier service of your choice (TCS, Leopards, Call Courier, etc.).
4. Step 4: Replacement or Refund
   Once received and inspected, we dispatch your replacement or initiate your bank transfer refund within 3–5 working days.
